GREEN CHILLI SAUCE POWDER
Green chilies are seen everywhere and widely used in many cuisines to add spiciness to the dishes, ranging for application on stir-frying, steaming, stewing, braising, garnishing, topping and dipping as sauce. With our premix, you can easily prepare and enjoy the tangy, creamy and delicious taste of Green Chilli Sauce. It goes well with stir-fried seafood, steam fish, dipping sauce, garnishing for Asian-Western fusion cuisine, spicy soup enhancer and topping sauce used in burger and sandwich. In addition, it can also make meat braising and stewing, with adding potatoes and spices, a hearty Indo-Chinese meal is served. Once you try the Green Chilli Sauce, you would taste the 3 layers of flavour notes that beyond your expectation!
- Add 130 g of Green Chili Sauce Powder and 700 ml of water into the cooking pot/ tray then mix well and cook.
- Use medium heat to slow cook the sauce for 10 minutes.
- Switch off the heat and ready to serve.
