Sambal Belacan Sauce
Ingredients
Water 1.2 L Sambal Belacan Sauce Mix 1 kg (1 packet) Cooking OIl 500 ml (40 tbsp)
Preparation Method
- Dissolve one packet (1 kg) of Sambal Belacan Sauce Mix into 1.2 L of water.
- Mix well with oil and bring to boil/cook.
- Ready to serve.
- OPTIONAL: Add fried anchovies and stir well before serve.
