Ingredients
Chicken Parts 80-100 pcs Water 1L Extra Spicy Fried Chicken Premix 2kg (1 packet)
Preparation Method
- Dissolve 500 g of Extra Spicy Fried Chicken Premix into 1 L of water to prepare marinade solution.
- Prepare batter (1 L water mix with 500 g of Extra Spicy Fried Chicken Premix).
- Marinate chicken with the batter for 15 minutes.
- Coat chicken with remaining Extra Spicy Fried Chicken Premix.
- Deep fry the coated chicken in preheated oil at 170˚C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
- Ready to serve.
